Collin County Wal-Mart Golf Classic On June 23rd, the Collin County Wal«Marts presented their 3rd Annual Golf Classic benefitting The Samaritan Inn and the Collin County Committee on Aging’s (CCCoA) Meals on Wheels program at the Eldorado Country Club and this year, they added a twist; a Tennis Tournament, sponsored by Senior Home Health Care. The morning began with golf and tennis registrations with pastries and coffee provided by Starbucks. Lunch was provided to all by Sara Lee which was followed by the afternoon registration. An awards ceremony featuring a catered appetizer reception by the Eldorado Country Club and HOOTERS hot wings helped to end the day, along with several exciting raffles. The Samaritan Inn and the CCCoA are both grateful for the very generous donation provided by the event and wish the Collin County Wal«Marts the same luck next year!
